Pregnancy yoga helps you enhance your breathing techniques, which in turn helps you relax for a good nights sleep.During your pregnancy, your body undergoes significant changes that prepare you for your babys development and childbirth. During our Pregnancy Yoga Classes we focus on Yoga Asanas (poses), Pranayamas (breath control) and Relaxation which will help you both during your pregnancy and during the birth of your baby, hopefully making this an enjoyable and stress free time for you.
