Are any of you finding weight loss too much of a struggle? Do you feel there is just too much information out there, often conflicting? I am a Registered Dietitian and an expert in nutrition. I will be presenting a one hour talk on 15th September at 8:15pm. This talk is aimed to be realistic, to be scientifically based and will not try to cut the joy of eating from your day. Say no to yo-yo dieting and hello to real food, realistic goals and no fads.

Disclaimer: there is no magic spell/pill for weight loss, only you can make the necessary changes that you deserve.
