These classes are suitable for everyone although I would recommend the Tuesday evening class if you were a total beginner to start with.

Power Yoga

This class focuses on connecting your breath with the postures (asanas) in a flowing movement. It is energetic and challenging but provides you with increased strength and flexibility. It takes a playful approach to inversions. Suitable for all but it is best to have attended a regular Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa Flow class first. Be prepare to sweat, work hard and have fun!

Yoga for Runners & Cyclist Workshops

Yoga for Runners and Cyclist Workshop focuses on hip flexors, hamstrings, quadriceps which when stretched, strengthened and supple will help enable you to run and cycle further and for longer. We also touch on some Posture and Poses (asanas) to help strengthen our backs and Core Stability.


Fitness Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga
Corporate Classes and 1-1 private classes

We offer our Fitness Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga as corporate-based, where we will come to your company to encourage your staff to incorporate a healthier lifestyle. Studies show that staff who follow a regular exercise routine have fewer sick days and are more productive. 


Not only do we run these sessions for our corporate clients, but they are also available as regular run sessions and for individual private sessions on a 1 to 1 basis.

Mondays 9:30am to 10:45am = £6 per class when you pay for 6 classes in advance  (payable on website or at class) or £7 per class on a  PayAsYouGo basis (payable at class) held at Emsworth Community Ctr, Emsworth

Tuesday 7pm to 8:15pm (Perfect for Beginners) = £6 per class when you pay for 6 classes in advance (payable on website or at class) or £7 per class on a PayAsYouGo basis (payable at class) held at All Saints Hall, Catherington, Horndean

Wednesdays 9.30am to 10.45am = £6 per class when you pay for per half term in advance  (payable on website or at class) or £7 per class on a  PayAsYouGo basis (payable at class) held at The Scout Hut, Clanfield.

Wednesdays 7.15pm to 8.30pm
 (Power Yoga) = £6 per class when you pay for 6 classes in advance (payable via website or at class) or £7 per class on a PayAsYouGo basis (payable at class) held at The Scout Hut, Clanfield.

Thursdays 7.15pm to 8.30pm = £6.50 per class when you pay for 6 classes in advance (payable via website or at class) or £7.50 per class on a PayAsYouGo basis (payable at class) held at Petersgate Infant School, Clanfield.

Fridays 9.30am to 10.45am = £6 per class when you pay for per half term in advance  (payable on website or at class) or £7 per class on a  PayAsYouGo basis (payable at class) held at The Scout Hut, Clanfield.
