All Women's Running Groups
Our groups are fun, social, and non-competitive and open to every age, stage, shape and size.
If you are unfit and have never run before, we offer genuine support the complete beginner with our 10 week beginners course. We offer sensible advice, support and company while you run, and no one is ever left behind. We will help you to identify and reach your goals.
If on the other hand, you already run and are able to run 30 minutes continuously, you might like to join the Improver Course where we focus on speed and endurance to help increase your distance.

Running Venues, Days and Times
Merchistoun Hall - Horndean Community Center - Horndean
Mondays 6pm to 7pm (Beginners Couch to 5k)
Mondays 7pm to 8pm (5k Improvers)
Tuesdays 9.30am to 10.30am (5k Improvers)
Thursdays 6pm to 7pm (10k Improver))

The 10 Week course is £20 for 1 session per week or £35 for 2 or 3 sessions per week payable via PayPal or cash at the first session.
Alternatively you can PayAsYouGo at a fee of £3 per session
