Ladies Only Beginner and Improver 10 week Running Courses are non competitive and open to any age, stage, and ability. During the 10 week beginner course we will focus on technique and breathing so that you can slowly build up your confidence and ability to be able to run continuously for at least 30 minutes. Our aim is for you to be able to run 5K (This is the equivalent to the The Race For Life)
For the Improver course you should already be able to run for 30 minutes and/or 5K. During this course we will work on speed, tempo, hills, and endurance for you to be able to improve both your distance and pace.
For both courses you will be given all the help, support and advice you need and at no time will you be left to run on your own during the sessions.

I started running a year ago with Tiffany's beginners group. I was very sceptical I would ever actually enjoy it. Now I run 3 times a week and have started entering 10k runs. I even miss it when I don't go. I feel fitter than I have ever been since having children. If I can do it than anyone can with Tiffany's help and encouragement.
