1 to 1 Personal Training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals, with a specific programme tailored to your requirements.

Group Sessions and Corporate Fitness can also be bespoke, and include a variety of fitness techniques.

The Core Circuits Sessions are aimed at all fitness levels and abilities, focusing on effective functional training to improve your fitness.

All our Running Groups are lead by a UK Athletic Running Fitness Qualified Instructor, and we can offer 10 week Courses for beginners and improvers as well as specific race training.
(5k to Marathon and all the distances in between!)

Yoga will help improve your core stability, muscle tone and 
flexibility as well as improving your breath control. Not only do we hold weekly Yoga classes but we also hold monthly
Yoga for Runners and Cyclist Workshops
